How the Intensive Works:
01: Business Analysis
We’ll start with a questionnaire that will allow me to understand the in’s and outs of where your business currently is so that I can identify the blocks and barriers holding you back from your dream business.
02: Alignment Intensive
We’ll deep dive into the vision of your dream business and align your business to match that with a customized strategy, systems, services/prices revamp and more to make it all DOABLE.
03. Implementation
Following your session, you’ll receive 2 weeks of unlimited coaching support Mon-Fri via Slack so that I can coach you through implementing your new strategies, systems and plan into your business.
